In 2009, our visionary founder, Dr. Pearse Lyons, commissioned a select number of Single Malt whiskey barrels, crafted from 100% malted barley and distilled in a single season by one distiller. these unique barrels have been resting ever since and have been hand selected to form our 'Town Branch Archive Series', showcasing some of the oldest American Single Malt Whiskey in the world. Each annual relaese, reflects the rich legacy of the Lyons family in brewing, distilling, and cooperage. Bottled-in-Bond, 100 proof, Non-Chill filtered, and single barrel, these are not just whiskies; they are a testament to time honored craftsmanship and generations of making every relaese truly unique. This very limited first edition collector's box set include 1 of the only 108 total bottles produced, a token good for a lifetime of free tour/tastings at our Lexington Campus and a stylish display box.
